    Stress relief medication is not a good option and could cause a number of allied problems. I would suggest that people instead of drugging themselves take up to doing some yoga and meditation. That is very helpful and can also help people reach physical and spiritual highs. Also playing with kids or pets can also be a great de-stress option. Smoking or drinking is not an option, but hanging out with friends, watching a movie, going for dinner is a nice option.
