Throw your head back and shout loudly.
Shout and screaming is a great way to let go of all that pent-up tension that causes stress. Rather than risk being carted off to the asylum by shouting in the streets, let off some steam cheering on your local sport team, or heading to a sports bar. The added social contact will help you unwind even quicker.

A stress journal can help you identify the regular stressors in your life and the way you deal with them. Each time you feel stressed, keep track of it in your journal. As you keep a daily log, you will begin to see patterns and common themes. Write down:

    * What caused your stress (make a guess if you’re unsure).
    * How you felt, both physically and emotionally.
    * How you acted in response.
    * What you did to make yourself feel better.

When stress starts playing with your negative emotions, you know it’s time to stand up and take notice. To laugh often is to heal quicker – try to find your sense of humor OR for that matter in your office peers. It ensures a lot of positive physical change in your body. A good hearty laugh can ease away moments crippled by stress. Try to browse by jokes websites, have a crack at blonde humor or whichever you like.

ACT ! Be willing to take risk and make change, no matter how small. Try to change the stressful situation, or at least some part of it. Moving forward in small ways helps you feel empowered and in control. Put one foot in front of the other to move in a positive direction. Soon, the stress will lessen.
